Award-winning EdTech company ubiMaster has raised €7 million in a Series A funding round to accelerate its growth and international expansion. The round attracted leading investors including US-based Owl Ventures, Bayern Kapital, amberra, Auxxo, as well as European EdTech-focused firms Zanichelli Ventures and MPA Capital.

In today’s world, families often face challenges when trying to support their children’s learning outside of school—especially when both parents are working. Traditional tutoring options are often expensive and difficult to fit into busy schedules.
ubiMaster was founded to address these challenges: Its innovative digital platform connects students across the German-speaking region with certified tutors via chat or video call—anytime, anywhere. Whether students need help with classroom material, completing homework or preparing for examinations, qualified tutors are available to support students from grade 5 onwards in all core subjects. Students can also practice independently and test their knowledge through interactive exercises on the platform.
