We immediately felt connected to our supporters at Owl when we learned that they too shared the belief that talent is equally distributed, but opportunity isn’t. Recognizing the unique opportunity to accelerate the adoption of our mission after the 2020 pandemic (and the series of equity movements that followed: 50B+ pledge to DEI by the business community, #BlackLIvesMatter, etc.), the Owl community has stood side by side with the Untapped team to surface paths to success in an ultra-saturated market that is HR/Talent tech.
Untapped is a measure-and-manage platform for diversity-forward recruiting, with a goal to expand access by empowering underserved talent and diversity-forward companies to discover and engage one another.
