Rosa brings a unique blend of experiences as the executive assistant and office manager at Owl Ventures. Her previous experiences as an Executive Assistant include supporting the Solutions Engineering department at late-stage tech startup Verkada and the Chair of Dermatology at University of California, San Francisco.
Prior to being an Executive Assistant, Rosa spent a decade serving K-12 public education, first as a middle school and high school math teacher, and later becoming the district Math Coach leading mathematics professional development for teachers. Rosa graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a B.A. in Mathematics and minor in Education and from the University of California, Berkeley, with a M.A. from the Masters and Credential in Science and Mathematics Education (MACSME) program.
