Hailey Carter's Headshot

Hailey brings a first-hand understanding of using edtech to facilitate engaging and personalized learning experiences. Prior to receiving her MBA, Hailey was an elementary teacher at Katherine Delmar Burke School. She taught core subjects, such as reading and math, and actively used and analyzed education technology tools. Before Katherine Delmar Burke School, Hailey was a consultant at EY-Parthenon and worked on numerous client strategy and due diligence projects in the technology, education, health & wellness, and workforce development sectors. She also worked at UpMetrics, a startup that helps education institutions, nonprofits, foundations, and investors measure, understand, and analyze their impact and business KPIs. She spent her MBA summer at Owl Ventures evaluating deal opportunities and creating the 2021 Education Outcomes Report.

Hailey graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Cognitive Science and Education. She played field hockey and volunteered with children with autism. Hailey received her MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
